Direct Debit

Simply call 1300 552 662. Have your notice, bank details (BSB & account number) or credit card details and the Direct Debit Request Agreement readily available. (Direct Debit Request Agreement — PDF 149 KB)

BPAY (Annual payments only)

Contact your bank, credit union or building society to make this payment from your cheque, savings or credit card account. Quote biller code 908178 and your policy number (shown on the front of your renewal notice) as the customer reference.

Telephone

Simply call 1300 304 989. Have your notice and credit card details readily available. This is a 24 hours, 7 days a week service.

Internet

You can make your payments online by visiting our Online Payment Facility (Pay Online)

Mail

Please detach the Payment Advice from your Notice and send, with your cheque or credit card details, to GPO Box 9998 Brisbane QLD 4001. We remind you not to send cash through the mail.

In person

Present your cash or cheque, together with the complete Notice, to any Australia Post Office. Cheques should be made payable to "DSH Insurance" and marked Not Negotiable.
