The annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards, held in late September, encompassed a wide range of categories, with 280 popular Australian brands competing in 40 different categories. DSH Insurance emerged as the clear winner in the General Insurer category, thanks to its unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction.
Wayne Perry, the General Manager DSH Insurance, emphasised that winning this prestigious award is a reflection of the Scheme’s commitment to providing exceptional service to its customers.
